28th February Brian Rumney (attached to Sheffield) joins greyhoundtrainers.com. Click here to view his mini-website.
28th February Paul Young's kennel are sending out plenty of winners at present and Wednesday's graded card at Romford saw another four winners in the shape of Newyork Maeve, Name That Deal, Xaar Tubbs and Notanothernutty. Young also took an Open at Harlow with Archers Sparkler.
28th February Maxine Locke was also amongst the winners at Romford, registering a hat-trick. Blonde Shadow (A2), Call It On (A2) and Jomax Plumber (A1) as the kennel took the three highest graded races on the card. Like Paul Young (see above) Locke also grabbed an Open win at Harlow (Bonville Podge in the Standard) to give her 4 winners on the night.
28th February Knighton Glory and Christian Susie both win to give Alan McDowell a double on Swindon's card.

27th February Mick Puzey, who was last successful in the £13,000 Ladbrokes.com Arc with the brilliant Fire Height Dan, saw his Too Risky make-all to deny the fast-finishing Zigzag Dutchy by a short-head. Too Risky, winner of the Peterborough Puppy Derby last year, was marked down by Puzey on this site as a dog to follow on as far back as January 2006. Alison Ingram's Vipar Totti needed to lead to win but still ran a race with immense promise to take 3rd. The Derby is a possible target for the son of Daves Mentor.
27th February Baileys Boy took his third consecutive race at Sheffield for Jane Houfton as he completed his rise through the grades with an A1 success. The kennel also struck with Royston Lily in the A2.
27th February Paul Sallis looks to have a really nice pup on his hands. The Hall Green handler sent out Star Of Twilight to win on debut in A1 company, recording a smart 28.96 (fastest time of the night).
27th February David Pruhs recorded a hat-trick at Peterborough courtesy of Jacs Top Lass, Zigzag Rich and Dysert Champ.
27th February Jason Foster is enjoying a real good run of form and registered a four-timer at Wimbledon thanks to Sandyhill Master (A1), Shelbourne Magic (H1), Fenland Jessie (A5) and Girl Be Lucky (A9).
26th February Malbay Thumper was an impressive winner over 680m last week in his Heat of the Grolsch Dual Distance Trophy at Nottingham for Laurence Tuffin and was rightly a hot favourite for outright honours in the Final itself. Leading at the run-in, the son of Velvet Commander recorded a deserved 1 1/2 lengths success over Sing On Victor to take the £500 first prize.
26th February Quarrycross Lad took the £500 Carling Monkey Sprint Final at Nottingham for David Pruhs in what was a messy contest. The reminder all suffered trouble-in-running at the first bend and 2/1 favourite Romeo Alert was a faller. Quarrycross Lad has now won 3 of his last 4 starts. 
24th February Walk The Line, the outsider of the field, took the £12,500 Ladbrokes Golden Jacket at Crayford, making all to comfortably deny the Mark Wallis pair Daisyfield Seani and Blackmagic Guy.
24th February Smooth Turbo was an easy winner of the £1,000 Cheif Ramsbottom Hurdle at Crayford for Jason Foster. Eliminated in the first round of the Springbok, Jason Foster's charge has done little wrong since, with this win being his third success in three runs. Foster went on to send out another 3 winners at Wimbledon in the evening with Cricket Groupie (A7), Well Done Julia (A6) and Ginger Ninja (H3) all successful.
24th February Farloe Hurricane easily landed the £1,100 Young Guns Puppy Stakes Final at Sheffield for Barrie Draper. The son of Larkhill Jo recorded the fastest time of the night on only his third start for the Rotherham handler.
24th February Mark Wallis missed out in the Golden Jacket Final but appears to have a strong hand in the upcoming Monmore Puppy Derby. The former Champion Trainer sent out Centaur Decree, Butterbridge Sid and Directors Wish to land Trial Stakes.
24th February Gary Baggs's runners were in outstanding form at Walthamstow. Reddmac One (S2), True Frankie (M2), January Student (A5), True Fowler (A6), True Kewell (P7) and Wonting (A7) were all successful to give the kennel a six-timer on the card.
24th February Shelbourne Ruby (S2), Unleash Che (A6) and Riverbank Bullet (A9) all won to give Pat Curtin a hat-trick at Oxford. 
24th February Dons Supreme (S2), Blakes Monarch (A4), Cooly Tosh (A2) and Tiara Danny (A8) all won to record a four-timer for Brian Clemenson at Hove. 
24th February Paul Yong and Jim Reynolds dominated Romford's Saturday evening card with 4 winners apiece. Never Alone, Kallums Star, Barwise Tipsyand Esso Blue won for Paul Young with Reynolds sending out Beautiful Honcho, Grenrose Boss, Holmes Shauna and Grenrose Lily to score.
23rd February Barrie Draper enjoyed a good night at Sheffield where Farloe Culmore (A3), Magna Mia (A3) and Farloe Booster (A2) all won. Farloe Culmore, who is not two years-old until April and looks a dog to follow. The son of Droopys Kewell go up up close home despite meeting trouble-in-running on only his second start for the Rotherham handler.
23rd February Paul Sallis's top hurdler Jills Fault is on the comeback trail and with the main target being this year's Grand National.
23rd February The Mick Motley Memorial Hurdle Final at Romford went to Newlawn Berts who recorded a comfortable success over Maxine Locke's Sorrento Woods by 4 lengths.
22nd February Alison Ingram's Viapr Totti proved his 2nd round win no fluke when causing another upset in taking the first semi-final of the Ladbrokes.com Arc at Walthamstow. The son of Daves Mentor made all for an easy 2 lengths success over Mark Wallis's Raging Jack. Jazz Hurricane and Lenson Tearaway both had trouble-in-running and were the major non-qualifiers. Mick Puzey has another Category One Finalist in the shape of Too Risky who took second behind Zigzag Dutchy in an awful race that saw Blonde Buster, Roswell Starship and Astute Gift all knocked over at the first bend.
22nd February Broolvill Genius, Blakes Wonder and Hong Kong Phooey all took Opens at Hove to give Brian Clemenson a hat-trick on the card. Hong Kong Phooey was an easy winner and has now taken his last 3 races. This ultra-consistent type appears to be improving and has now finished 1st or 2nd 14 times from just 23 starts.
22nd February Pennys Mobile, Droopys Romeo and La Glaga Charm all scored to register a hat-trick of winners for Martin Burt at Monmore.
21st February It was a good night for Chris Allsopp who visited his former track Coventry and sent out an Open race double (Coolanga Post & Ardcroney Viera) and also sent out Giants Ring to take an Open at Swindon.
21st February Pear Shaped (A2), Beanos Spike (A4), Sleek Legacy (A5) and Raunds Renegade (A8) all won to give David Pruhs a four-timer at Peterborough.
21st February Jim Reynolds is enjoying a fantastic run of form and the good run continued with another hat-trick at Romford as Limited Time (A1), Danfoss Revolver (A4) and Boomsexpress (A5) all won.
20th February Siesta Moonlight (A3), Charlies Dart (A7) and Touchwood Hope (A9) all scored for Mick Puzey at Walthamstow.
20th February Daisyfield Seani as short as 11/10 favourite with Blue Square to give Mark Wallis his second Category One in the space of a week in Saturday's Ladbrokes Golden Jacket Final.
20th February Jane Houfton was in double form at Sheffield where Alchemist Wish lead home a 1-2-3 for the kennel in the Handicap. Barrie Draper was also on the mark with a double, the highlight being Farloe Hurricane's win in the Young Guns Puppy Stake, Heat 3. The son of Larkhill Jo looks a decent prospect for the Rotherham based handler.
20th February Cuttothechase, Georgie Boy and Generous Prince all won at Hove as Billingshurst based Brian Clemenson  whilst Droopys Riquelme and Smoking Blues both took Opens at Oxford to give the kennel an across-the-card five-timer.
19th February The Grolsch Dual Distance Trophy at Nottingham saw a track record breaking performance from Laurence Tuffin's Malbay Thumper over 680m. Always lying handy, the son of Velvet Commander took up the running at the 5th and soon went clear for a 4 1/2 lengths success over kennelmate Lauras Rocket in 41.90.
19th February Snazzy Time (Seamus Cahill) and Stoney Lad (David Mullins) were narrow Heat winners of the Romford Stadium Hurdle but quickest of the qualifiers was Newlawn Berts in Heat 1. 
18th February Eye Onthe Veto landed another big prize when running away with the £7,000 Emerald Cup at Coventry for Mark Wallis. Recording a very smart 29.15 for the 480m trip, the son of Kiowa Sweet Trey made all to win by 3 1/2 lengths from Iceman Ross.
18th February Butterbridge Ali did win in quite the style expected but still justified his very short odds of 4/9 when taking the £300 Emerald Puppy Cup Final at Coventry for Mark Wallis by 1/2 a length.
17th February The Ladbrokes.com Arc continued at Walthamstow and Heat 2 went to Alison Ingram's 20/1 outsider Vipar Totti who recorded a fast 28.80 and claim the scalp of the Zigzag Dutchy (baulked 1st). Lenson Tearaway showed his opening round success to be no fluke when taking Heat 3, making all to deny Mark Wallis's Raging Jack by 1 1/4 lengths. Quickest of the qualifiers was jazz Hurricane in 28.75.
17th February Jason Foster had earlier sent out Smooth Turbo to win an Open at Crayford and followed up with a hat-trick at Wimbledon. Farloe Lugs (H1), Annies Lamb (H2) and Come On Carter (A8) all won.
17th February John Pearce was in red hot form at Hall Green with a four-timer thanks to Leggit Leah (A4) Blushing Moscow (A5), Jolting Joe (A1) and Compass Sophie (A8). Jolting Joe has now taken 3 of his last 4 races.
17th February Tank (A4) and Blakes Tom (S4) give Brian Booth a double at Sittingbourne.
17th February Paul Young was in good form at Romford as Compliance Flyer (A1), Swiss Express (S2), Beautys Sleamish (A4), Lavenders Lenny (A8) Maydare Tom (A8) gave him a five-timer on the card.
17th February Blackmagic Guy made his send successive Golden Jacket Final at Crayford for Mark Wallis when finishing behind kennelmate Daisyfield Seani in Heat 2 of the Semis. The winner is mightily difficult to pick up once on the bunny and eventually made all to win by 3 1/4 lengths. Swift Maggie gave Seamus Cahill another big race finalist when taking the 3rd Heat. Although never able to completely shake off Walk The Line, the daughter of Hondo Black came home 1 1/4 lengths clear in 45.49.
16th February Despite a few near misses on the card Jim Reynolds continued his good run with an Open race hat-trick at Romford. Email Top Dog, Two Halves and Adamant Sean all win.
16th February There's little stopping Ray Peacock's Mustang Jig who continued his relentless climb up the grades with his 4th consecutive win to take an A4 with ease. Nuts and Hes In also won for the Keston handler.
14th February Paul Young was in fine form at Romford, sending out 4 winners. Millbank Shadow, a pup bu Tims Crow, got off the mark at the second attempt in A7 company whilst there were also wins for Esso Blue (S4), Archers Arrow (A5) and Notanothernutty (A5).
14th February Martyn Wiley secured a hat-trick at Romford courtesy of Portmagee Master (A4), Alrita Allblack (A8) and Mercury Diamond (S1).
14th February Footwork Fancy (A3), Spruce Express (A6) and Jacs Top Lass (A8) were all successful for David Pruhs at Peterborough.
13th February The Betfair Springbok at a rain soaked Wimbledon went to outsider Blackmagic Jamie who beat 11/8 favourite Tommy Bahama by a neck. It was a bad night for punters with many of the leading fancies suffering costly defeats but there were wins for Paul Sallis (Farloe Peach) and Jason Foster (Shelbourne Magic).
13th February The Ladrokes.com Arc, Walthamstow. The most high profile non-qualifiers in the opening Heats were Cobra Striking and Greenfield Hero but nearly all the other leading fancies for outright honours are safely through. Seamus Cahill's Pork Pie took Heat 1 in 29.24 whilst in-form Jim Reynolds took Heat 5 with Risk Related (29.32). Mick Puzey's Too Risky belied his odds of 10/1 when taking Heat 2 in 29.51. Roswell Starship (29.28) and Armies Plan (29.39) both won to give Mark Wallis two Heat winners. Fastest of the night was Lenson Tearaway in 29.11.
12th February Ladbrokes Golden Jacket, Crayford. Hot ante-post favourite Daisyfield Seani for Mark Wallis qualified but not in the fashion expected when she went down by 6 lengths to Jordans Glory in Heat 6. Jordans Glory was easily the quickest of the night with 46.18. Paul Young's Shes The Deal (47.17) took Heat 2 whilst Wallis's brilliant competition dog Blackmagic Guy, and finalist in 2006 took Heat 3 in 46.72.
12th February Paul Young sent out a Heat winner of the Golden Jacket at Crayford, (see above) and was also in form back at his home track Romford when completing a hat-trick thanks to wins from Girls Weekend (S3), Aero Ivy (A5) and After Shock (A6).
10th February Mick Puzey was in tremendous form at Walthamstow as Reachfar Gifted (A3), Optimistic Henry (A2), Perceptive Pacey (A1), Westmead Mary (S2) and Placid Jill (S2) all won to give the Waltham Abbey handler a 5-timer.
10th February Gary Sallis sent out his second hat-trick in the space of two days at Sittingbourne when Swift Capital (A3), Toosey Britney (A3) and Gogies Gift (A4) all won.
10th February The amazing run of form for Jim Reynolds (see below) continues with another four-timer at Romford. Cranham Girl, Gems Star, Beautiful Honcho (S3) and Grenrose Champ (A6) all win.
10th February Landing Honcho (H2), Ashcarne Sonia (A5) and Miss Angie (A4) all win for Jason Foster at Wimbledon.
10th February Hello Prince, This Go Dancer and Clounts Wood all win for Alison Ingram at Romford.
10th February Fatima Lucia Two and Goldies Blondie give Elaine Saville a double at Nottingham.
10th February Hove. Both John Gammon and Brian Clemenson were amongst the winners at the Sussex track which held a mixed card. Gammon was successful with Dark Destroyer (A10), Artists Tale (OR) and Droopys Elegant (A6). Durham Hero (A3), Brookvill Genius (OR) and Zigzag Blast (A4) all won for Clemenson.
09th February Jim Reynold's in enjoying an amazing run of form and sent out another 3 winners at Romford courtesy of Kosher Colin (Seniors), Reachfar Guilio (A1) and Younever Cantell (Standard).
09th February Swift Banker, Riverside Fox, Toosey Joe and Toosey Poppy all score to give Gary Sallis a four-timer at Sittingbourne.
09th February Droopys Kiowa (A1), Mustang Jig (A5) and Baran Kylie (A6) were all in the winners enclosure at Wimbledon for Ray Peacock. Baran Kylie is an improving pup around Plough Lane and was securing her third win in 4 starts.
09th February Confident Boom and Flying Pebbles both won at Mildenhall to register a double for Peter Cooke.
09th February Alan McDowell's Ziggys Lark continues to climb the grades at Swindon. The son of Larkhill Jo started his career with a last placed finish in an A7 but took an A3 on Friday night to record his 5th win in 11 starts.
