10th April Peterborough Puppy Derby Final. Maxine Locke's Bonville Buster trailed the field going into the first bend and despite making up any amount of ground on the impressive Westmead Prince turning for home, he was still a length down at the line. Bonville Buster was eventually over 5 lengths clear of the third dog home, the David Pruhs' Trained Hes On Fire in what looked a quality renewal.
10th April Bourne Special did not come out of the traps in the straightest of lines but still had far too much early for the remainder of the field as David Pruhs's runner went on to make all in the £1,000 Visit McCauleys Bookies 420 Stakes Final at Peterborough.
10th April Ian Aylward's Swift Pawnee railed like a cat and ran on well to take the £500 McCauleys Puppy 605 Stakes on the Peterborough Puppy Derby card.
09th April Mark Wallis's Blackmagic Guy has reached countless Finals in the last 2 years but missed out again when taking second in the Keith Johnson Easter Cup Final behind Tarbrook Tico. Paul Young's Local Knowledge did not enjoy the best of runs when coming home 4th.
09th April There was another graded four-timer Jim Reynolds at Romford as Glencoe Lass (A1), Proud Matthew (A1), Danfoss Revolver (A2) and Sammardan Poppy (A7) all won.
07th April Clash Wilde (D2), Tinas Ban (A3) and Smart Chick (A6) all won at Sheffield as Jane Houfton recorded a hat-trick.
07th April Seamus Cahill's kennel are in top form and wins from Rockchase Alice, Royal Officer, Layham Lass, Ballymac Daisy and Miss Chloe gave the Keston handler a five-timer at Walthamstow.
07th April Recent Carling Guineas winner Breeze Hill Juli was a 33/1 shot in the 1st Heat of the Scottish Derby Semi-Finals but qualified for Pat Rosney in 3rd when running-on and missing crowding at the 3rd bend.
07th April Quick Movement, Baran Cocomo, Raybeam and Cailins Kewell all won at Wimbledon for Ray Peacock.
07th April High St Fortune, Queens Opinion, Lavenders Who, Xaar Arapaho and Xaar Dom Booty all scored at Romford to give Paul Young a five-timer. Ockendon based Jim Reynolds also continued his fine run of form at the Essex venue when sending out four winners.
07th April There was a hat-trick at Oxford for in-form Michael Peterson courtesy of Crackator Severn, Elm Heartache and Micks Four.
05th April Ross Fortune (Standard Div II), Go Princess (Stayers Div I), Big Brett Coal (Stayers Div II), Snazzy Time (Hurdles) and Pork Pie (Mini Standard) all won to secure an Open race five-timer on a good night for the Seamus Cahill kennel at Walthamstow. 
05th April Brian Clemenson took a couple of Opens on Sky in midweek and his run of form continued back at home track Hove with a four-timer. Lifes Lukey, Shelbourne Amber, Generous Man and Lady Sky were all successful for the Billingshurst handler.
04th April Peterborough Puppy Derby Semi-Finals. Maxine Locke was in fine form at Romford (see below) and a memorable night was sealed when Bonville Buster missed all the trouble at the first and ran on well to take the 2nd Semi. He's On Fire qualified from the first Heat for David Pruhs when taking second behind Westmead Prince who clocked 25.29 (fastest time of the night). Pruhs had better luck either side of the Semi Finals when Movealong Magic, Bourne Special and Early Trial taking supporting Opens.
04th April Phil Broome's kennel are in decent form and Surelines Tutor caused a minor upset when taking Heat 2 of the Bet In Spain with McCauleys Bookies 605m Stakes at Peterborough. Ashwell Margo continues to improve at a rate of knots and sealed a double for the kennel when easily taking the last race on the card.
04th April The Greyhound Trainers Only 480 Cup at Coventry worth £300 to the winner went the way of Steve Harrison's kennel when Silkey Sensation made all to easily beat the odds-on favourite Bright Landing. 
04th April Spot That (A1), Winning Point (S3), Boo Boos Baby (A4) and Bonville Catch (A5) all win on a successful night at Romford for Maxine Locke.
04th April Coleview Sherry and Kathryns Shannon both won at Swindon to give in-form Paul Walden a double.
03rd April Pall Mall Final, Oxford. Mark Wallis's Roswell Starship was unable to match the early pace of the Harry Redkanpp owned Ballymac Charley who made all for a comfortable for 2 lengths success from Blonde Joey in the £8,000 feature.
03rd April The Brian Clemenson Trained pair, Brookvill Genius and Cash For Kate made the long journey from Billingshurts worthwhile when taking supporting races on the Pall Mall card. Cash For Kate was recording her first win for Clemenson despite losing all momentum when having to check at the third.

03rd April Scottish Derby, Shawfield. Blue Square Derby favourite Fear Haribo could not have been more impressive when taking the opening Heat in 28.80 by 5 1/2 lengths. In other Heats, everyone will have their fingers crossed for Rough Ronaldinho who moved off at the first and came home last. In Heat 3 the odds-on Droopys Electric was caught close home by Greenwell Storm whilst Heat 4 saw the shock elimination of last year's winner Fear Me.

02nd April Frank Gallant's impressive strike-rate in 2007 continued with a hat-trick at Mildenhall. Lou Lous Honcho (S2), Mama Blue Mia (S3) and Dannys Mate (A3) all win for the in-form kennel.
02nd April Jim Reynolds's sealed a four-timer at Romford courtesy of Limited Time, Kosher Colin, Droopys Titmuss and I Digress Too.
01st April Paorachs Flyer A7, Seafood Star A8, Warping Time A6 and Honcho Fox A9 all win at Oxford as Michael Peterson's good run of form continues with a four-timer.
31st March The NGRC Stewards Cup Final, Walthamstow. Mick Puzey is enjoying a fine season and added to his recent Arc success by landing the £2,500 Stewards Cup with Mitzie. In a race with plenty of incidents, the daughter of Just The Best ran on well to beat Classy Star 1 1/4 lengths. Favourite January Tiger came together with Jeddies Liberty more than once and both the leading fancies finished down the field.
31st March Dee Drop (S2), Gazes Image (A1) and Fatima Lucia Two (A5) all won for Elaine Saville at Nottingham.
31st March Westdale Blue, winless for Martyn Wiley since winning the £4,000 Scurry Cup in November last year returned to form with a comfortbale A1 success at Romford. Rays Jamie also scored for the in-form Wiley. Elsewhere on the card, Millbank Shadow, Setrans Flyer and Queens Opinion all won to give Paul Young a hat-trick.
31st March The improving Compass Karima took her third consecutive race at Hall Green for John Pearce when landing an A5 and kennelmate Compass Owen followed up with an A2 success.
31st March Blonde Ben (A2) and Droopys Tasha (S3) both won to give Gary Sallis a double at Sittingbourne.
30th March Call It On and Love Knot get off the mark in Open company to secure at double for Maxine Locke at Romford.
30th March An Open win from Brother Trouble (unlucky in recent starts) and Aherla Sally (S4) give Brian Booth a double at Sittingbourne.
29th March There was a five-timer for Chris Allsopp at Monmore with Distant Ivy, Ballymac Rita, Pine Gum, Great Jess and Droopys Gallas all winning on an enjoyable night for the Corley handler.
29th March Seamus Cahill's kennel are in top form and sent out Ross Fortune (A1), Droopys Boss  (A5), Google Ruby (A6), Millie Moo (A9) and Layhams Lucky (S3) to win at Walthamstow. Mick Puzey was also amongst the winners, recording a hat-trick with Aero Vesuvio, Silbury Squirrel and Sophie Rose winning.
28th March Peterborough Puppy Derby. Ian Aylward's Ludworth Tucker simply took off in his Heat to record an emphatic 5 1/2 lengths defeat of Harriet Grace in the fastest time of the night. The son of Hondo Black recorded 25.71 and never saw another dog. Maxine Locke's Bonville Buster showed a real liking for the track when winning his Trial Stakes. Never the fastest away, 'Buster' got up close home to defeat the Jim Reynolds's trained Kilsheelan by a neck.
28th March Michael Peterson's kennel are enjoying a good run and another double was registered at Oxford with wins from Elm Heartache and Come On Smiley.
28th March Martyn Wiley (3 winners), Alison Ingram (3 winners) and Jim Reynold's (4 winners) were the leading Trainers at Wednesday night's meeting at Romford. Alison Ingram's Ronin was off the mark at the 4th attempt, and the July 05 son of Tucks Mein looks worth following after a 5 lengths success in A4 company.
27th March Frank Gallant's kennel have enjoyed a mixed start to the year but an A1 double at Yarmouth on Saturday (Cunning Kerry winning third consecutive race) saw them move to 16 winners from just 56 runners in 2007. A near 30% strike-rate is little consolation for the loss of their kennel stalwart Oklahoma Pride who died of a heart attack at the kennels two weeks ago. Looking forward, the kennel are pleased to announce that their star, Sindirana will return to the track in a few weeks after seasonal rest.
27th March Paul Young was out of luck in the Prestige Final at Hall Green won by Larkhill Bird. Local Knowledge did not get the greatest of runs but ran with great credit to be beaten just 3 lengths.
27th March Pall Mall Semi-Finals, Oxford. Maltest Dan belied his odds of 10/1 when recording 26.77 in Heat 1 (fastest of the night). Mark Wallis's Roswell Starship was beaten in his Heat but qualified for next Tuesday's Final live in SKY Sports.
27th March Stewards Cup, Walthamstow. Mark Wallis's January Tiger (39.58 secs) easily beat kennelmate Roswell Bluesky in Heat 1. All the leading contenders for outright honours made it through to the Final including Jeddies Liberty who went quickest of the night in Heat 2 (39.50 secs). Mitzie was a shock winner of Heat 3 for Mick Puzey, beating odds-on shot Romford Car Two (met trouble in-running) by 2 lengths in 39.76.
27th March Miss Modesty, Black As Coal, Booze N Snooze and Wise Shakira were all winners for Seamus Cahill at Walthamstow.
26th March Pat Rosney's kennel had a fantastic night at Nottingham where Breeze Hill Juli lead the way with an 8/1 success in the £1,000 Carling Guineas Final. Moyar Queen took the £500 Carling Puppy Final and there were also wins for Seathwaite Robby and Pennys Minx as the kennel sealed a memorable four-timer. 
25th March Michael Peterson is enjoying a good run of form and sent out another two winners thanks to  Gortkelly Ben and Freds Blue at Oxford.
24th March Alan McDowell enjoyed a fantastic run over the weekend with 6 consecutive winners during Friday and Saturday at Swindon. Duncandisorderly, Gijo, Christian Susie, Coran Singer, Knighton Glory and Distant Odds
24th March Fresh from their Trainers Championship outing in midweek, both Seamus Cahill and Mark Wallis dominated Walthamstow's graded card with four-timers apiece. Cahill was on the mark with July Captain, Owtoftowna, Zoot and Go Princess. Wallis saw his Not So Jolly, Lockdale Prince, Mountjoy Silver and Lockdale Duke land the spoils.
24th March Ray Peacock recorded a hat-trick at Wimbledon with Mustang Jig, Well Park Star and Mario Blue all winning.
24th March Not Called Ollie (A1), Watch It Rock (A2) and Droopys Mccann (A2) all win at Hall Green as Paul Sallis's kennel hit form.

22nd March William Hill Pall Mall Stakes, Oxford. Mark Wallis's Roswell Starship went quickest in the opening Heats with a slick 26.69 seconds for the 450m trip. The son of Top Honcho lead at the second and pulled right away for a 5 lengths success.
22nd March Brookfield Star (A8), Ballymac Champ (A4) and Ballymac Rita (A5) all won at Monmore as Chris Allsopp registered a hat-trick.
