09th May The Derby. Love Mac produced a great run for connections when comfortably landing Heat 4 of the second round at Wimbledon for Trainer Maxine Locke. The kennel enjoyed a fabulous night when Love Tiger simply took off and ran away with Heat 7 at 8/1, winning by over 5 lengths in 28.29.  Barnfield On Air had earlier shown he was back to his best to record a one lengths success over Farloe Reason in a fast 28.41. Mark Wallis' Seanis Strike started at a massive 14/1 in Heat 5 but belied those odds when making all to defeat Catunda Harry by a length and three-quarters. Defending Champion Westmead Lord is out.
08th May Droopys Mate, Directors Choice, Journey Star, Droopys Oi Oi and Directors Trick all won on a good night for Seamus Cahill's kennel as they secured a five-timer.
08th May Indeedio, Borna Trick and Tomos Black all win to register a hat-trick of winners at Monmore for Chris Allsopp.

02nd May There were shocks aplenty in the opening round of the Derby at Wimbledon Rossacredability (1/2), Holyromanemperor (6/4) and Ballymac Under (4/5) all failing to progress. Romeo Maldini, Loyal Honcho and Ninja Jamie were all beaten favourites but avoided elimination. It was a good night for Mark Wallis who saw Commander Chief (won Heat 11), Scintillas Ruby (3rd Heat 10), Seanis Lad (3rd Heat 6) and Seanis Strike (3rd Heat 5) all progress to round 2.  
02nd May Glory George, Next Lunch and Cabanas all took Opens for Paul Young at Romford and there was also a hat-trick for Jim Reynolds who struck with Ready Star, Black Flyer and As Time Slips By.
02nd May Kylegrove Lynx and Shes The Cream both win as Alan McDowell notches a double at Swindon.
30th April Droopys Titmuss (S2), Rabbie Burns (A2) and Faking A Rumble (S1) all win at Romford to give Jim Reynolds a hat-trick.
29th April Flying Winner took the Coral Regency at Hove, getting up very late to deny Ballymac Weeshie by a neck. On the same card, David Mullins continued his superb run when taking the £750 Hurdle contest with Be All at 7/1. Pat Rosney also struck with Vitcan Iona who made all to take the Marathon contest.
29th April Madges Millions (A2), Not So Jolly (A4) and Doonanes Pit (S2) all win at Wimbledon to give Jason Foster a hat-trick.

26th April Eye Onthe Spirit, Genesis Dream and Seanis Lad all took Opens for Mark Wallis at Walthamstow. On the same card the Ocean Trailers Puppy Stakes Final went to the unbeaten Westmead Osprey who recorded a smart 28.60 when beating Seamus Cahill's Lethal Freddie.

26th April Royal Sunshine (A5) and Capla Gold (A2) both win for Elaine Saville at Nottingham.
25th April Blindin Bell made every yard a winning one to shake off his nearest rival Horshoe Ping and take the £8,000 Golden Sprint Final at Romford in style. David Mullins's charge showed blistering early pace to take his winning sequence to 5 for the in-form kennel who also struck with Droopys Geisha and Stradeen Buca.
25th April Seamus Cahill's Ronaldos Merit was sent off long odds-on for the £750 Coral TV Stayers Final at Romford and duly made all to romp home by over 4 lengths.
25th April The Best Yet (A3), Record Bell (A4) and Watch The Signal (A1) all won to secure a treble for John Pearce at Hall Green.
25th April Imogens Honcho, Pickled, Comeback, Hotfoot Rooney and Groovy Molly all won for Laurence Tuffin at Nottingham as the kennel, in flying form, secured a superb five-timer.

23rd April Philip Simmonds took another £500 prize at Harlow when his Offshore Key managed to hold on from the fast finishing Cullina Kiowa to take the Monkey Maiden Stayers by half a length.
22nd April Commander Chief ran a cracker for Mark Wallis to get within 4 lengths of Farloe Reason in the £10,000 William Hill Blue Riband. On the same card at Hall Green Jason Foster's Kildare Lark took the hurdle contest with ease and there was also a nice win for Laurence Tuffin's A Million Miles, who took the stayers contest at a generous 7/1.
22nd April Turar Abit (winner of the 1st Semi-Final of the Ocean Trailers Puppy Stakes) spearheaded a four-timer at Walthamstow for the in-form Seamus Cahill as Blacknotblue, Directors Trick and Black As Coal all won.
21st April Ronaldos Merit continues to go from strength to strenth for Seamus Cahill's kennel and there was a touch of an understatement in the official "Won Well" comment when the son of Droopys Vieri scored by over 10 lengths in Heat 1 of the Coral TV Trophy at Romford.
21st April Snowy Bear, Droopys Saint and Julies Pearl all won to give Paul Young a hat-trick at Romford.

17th April The Coral Regency is under way at Hove and Mark Wallis scored in Heat 2 with Aero Blackjack (41.74) and Brian Clemenson was successful in Heat 3 with Shelbourne Merc (41.96). However, they'll all have Flying Winner to beat in the competition, the daughter of Flying Penske recorded 41.09 for the 695m trip.
17th April Directors Jet and Turar Abit took the Ocean Trailers Puppy Stakes Heats 2 and 5 respectively for Seamus Cahill whilst the Keston handler was also on the mark at Walthamstow with Hotdog Jack and Beat Them King to secure an Open race four-timer.
17th April Brian Booth nothced a double at Sittingbourne as Captain Cole (A3) and Rusheen Lunar (A6) both won.
17th April A Million Miles and Two Nicks gave Laurence Tuffin an Open race double at Belle Vue.
16th April Philip Simmonds registered an Open race hat-trick at Harlow courtesy of wins from Offshore Sox, Creamery May and Offshore Key.
16th April Hypno Disc, Pantone Hepburn and Alis Hope all won for David Mullins at Romford.
15th April Kildare Lark won a thrilling Grand National at Wimbledon for Jason Foster. The 2007 Hurdler of the Year came again to beat Eye Onthe Flame by a neck and take the £7,500 first prize.
14th April Maxine Locke enjoyed a good night at Romford where Drumena Cloud (A5), Blonde Freddy (A2), Bonville Roy (A5) and Bethnal Return (S2) all won to secure a four-timer.
14th April Regina Azzurra (A1), Valid Point (A6) and Snorbans Louie (A7) all won to register a hat-trick at Romford for David Mullins.
12th April Tyrur Kieran missed a fair amount of bother at the opening bend to record an impressive victory in the £25,000 Scottish Derby Final, eventually coming home 3 1/4 lengths clear of Bubbly Totti.
12th April Pat Rosey scored with Rough Rose in the IbetX.com Stayers on the Scottish Derby Final card. The daughter of Crash made all to defeat Home Flash and take the £500 prize in 41.40.
11th April Pure Paris showed brilliant battling qualities for Alison Ingram at Romford when taking the Coral TV Stayers Final. The son of Fortune Mike came home 1 1/4 lengths clear of Swift Maybole in 36.03 with a further 1/4 length back to favourite Barnfield Slippy.
11th April Jason Foster sent 2 through to the Grand National Final when Smooth Turbo defeated kennelmate Kildare Lark in Heat 3 at Wimbledon. Foster missed out with Comans Joe in Heat 2 which went to Mark Wallis's Eye Onthe Flame in 28.52.
11th April David Pruhs recorded a hat-trick at Peterborough with wins from Arsenals Jo Jo, Brinkmanship and Shooting Errin.
11th April Ashwood Daisy, Ballymac Jo, Pickled and Scartlea Rainbow all win to register a four-timer for Laurence Tuffin at Nottingham.

29th March Jason Foster is enjoyed his best ever year with Opens winners in 2007 and sent out two more to his tally in 2008 on the Stewards Cup card at Walthamstow as Kildare Lark (Hurdles) and Fine Moment (Novice Stayers) both won. Killacolla Flash, Fitzroy Julia and Sol Dunubair also took graded contests back at Wimbledon for the in-form handler.

18th March Seamus Cahill landed his first Trainers Championship meeting at Wimbledon, taking home the first prize of £10,000. His win machine, Big Brett Coal flew fast and late to claim the Stayers race and there were also wins for Lethal Freddie (Puppy) and Secratariat (Standard).
18th March Seanis Lad (Mark Wallis) is out of the Pall Mall after suffering trouble in his Heat and coming 3rd. Unique Option, first in Heat 3 for David Pruhs and Love Tiger, second for Maxine Locke, are both through to an open-looking Final.

07th March Chris Allsopp's kennel appear to have an incredibly exciting pup on their hands in the shape of Burnpark Champ. The May 06 son of Honcho Classic never saw another dog when romping home by 9 1/2 lengths in his Heat of the Ladbrokes Puppy Derby, recording an impressive 28.07 secs.
05th March Romford's card was dominated by Alison Ingram and Paul Young with the pair sending out 9 of the 12 winners on the card. Lika Flyer (A5), Legit Billy (S3), Merry Princess (A4) and Vipar Condo (A2) all won for Alison Ingram whilst Young was successful with Compliance Turbo, Slieve Rain, Millwards Nicola, Deanridge Sting and Trixs Son.
04th March Mark Wallis continued his good run of form at Walthamstow, securing a hat-trick with wins from Genesis Sister (S1), Chilli Blue (A7) and Centaur Fuzzums (A8).
03rd March A Million Maid (OR) and Head Iton Adam (A3) both won for Laurence Tuffin at Nottingham. Earlier in the day, kennel star Two Nicks took his Heat of the Ladbrokes Spring Festival (630m) with ease at Monmore on his first start of 2008.
03rd March Maxine Locke secured a double in the Heats of the March Hare Trophy at Romford as Love Mac and Lambstown Hill both progressed. The kennel also landed an S1 on the card with Dark Phoenix.

26th February Seamus Cahill was out of luck in the above Final with Milldean Flash but had earlier seen his Hotdog Jack follow up his recent Springbok triumph with a comfortable win in the £500 Hurdle contest.

24th February For a small kennel Phil Broome's team send out their share of winners and caused a shock when Pamahon was left clear at the first and scored at 10/1 in the Greyhoundscene Birthday Sprint. On the same card there was a double for Sittingbourne's Brian Booth who was successful with Joy Jor and Past Due.
23rd February Thatchers Boy (S1), Millbank Shadow (S2), Equity Teddy (S4), Kilkenny Zone (A7) and Ask Dont Tell (A7) all win to seal a five-timer at Romford for Paul Young.

All three Heats of the Semis had their fair share of trouble and hard luck stories but it was Mark Wallis's Tipp The Breeze who went quickest in Heat 2 when winning in 45.96. Brian Clemenson will be hopeful of landing yet another Golden Jacket after Shelbourne Merc showed good all-round pace to take Heat 3.
16th February The Ladbrokes.com Arc 2nd Round Heats got under way at Walthamstow. The opening encounter saw local handler Seamus Cahill score with Milldean Flash (28.62) who could not have looked more impressive when coming home 7 lengths clear of the field in the fastest time of the night.
